School Portraits has been a highly trusted and independent contributor to the ‘high volume’ photography industry in Australia since 2014. Originally, an Early Learning Centre reached out for a solution to their yearly Kindy class photos. They had become weary of large photography companies sending out a different set of photographers year in year out, and were seeking a more personalised experience with just one photographer they could get to know and trust.
Now ten years later, that remains the spirit of the business. While School Portraits, and the steadfast sister-company Kindy Portraits has vast experience in high volume photography, the one-on-one experience for our school and kindy partners endures. Due to the fact every student needs their pictures taken anyway, it makes sense for families to view the pictures first and then decide what to purchase, however, the school photography industry has historically been prepaid, so we offer both platforms depending on your school’s needs.
School portraits does not have set pricing. There are many factors that effect the pricing, including demographics, prepaid or postpaid, and specific individual school requirements. We tailor make package pricing for every school, so please get in touch!
Yes! Before a school has even booked with us we offer a free assessment, which includes digital marketing photography for your website. In some cases we can offer signage and billboards. If your school decides to book with us, we can arrange fundraisers and when it comes to photo day, we can offer fiscal incentives or products kickbacks to the school such as ID cards.
We can be in and out in one morning if you wish, however, we much prefer to expand on our personalised photography experience, so we encourage school’s to consider multi day photo sessions. Please ask us about how this structure could end up being the best new thing your school has ever tried!
